My order is incomplete and some of the items I ordered were missing. How can I get help?

Any missing items must be reported within 15 business days of receiving your order. Please send us an email at support@growace.com and inform us of the following details necessary. Please provide your order number, and photos of the package received showing its contents lined up together so we may verify the missing items. On some orders, it will be delivered on multiple shipments that may have different scheduled deliveries.
