GrowAce.com allows returns on products that are in new condition and are returned in the original packaging within 15 days of purchase. "New condition" means that the product is in the same condition as it was received. The return shipping, insurance, and tracking number are the responsibility of the buyer. All returned merchandise is subject to a 15% restocking fee. Any refunds processed will be applied to the original payment method used in the transaction or reimbursed via store credit.
